Lot Title:
Judd-754: 1869 Half-Dollar, NGC PF-60.
Description:
An entry into the "standard silver" series that also featured the quarter, dime, half-dime, etc., the appearance at first glance is as that of a coin struck in aluminum, though of course that would not be the case. Traces of reflectivity can still be found in the fields of this well struck but unassuming pattern half. NGC PF-60, Rarity 5. (PCGS# 060984)
