Lot Title:
1800 (S-208, R-3) PCGS F-15.
Description:
The lengthy die break over "TY" instantly identifies S-208, a somewhat better R.3 Sheldon variety. Deep taupe-brown fields provide a suitable backdrop for the russet devices, and just enough contrast is formed in this manner to embolden the overall impression of sharpness. While being a tad unevenly textured, the surfaces are free from most corrosive effects, and just typical circulation marks define the commercial PCGS F-15 grade. EAC 12.
