Description:
|
The color is surprisingly convincing and well applied, though the highpoints display some steely blue accents that imply the use of heat to create the copper tone. Spots of verdigris appear right of the “N” and at the base of the “E” in the denomination. A pretty good strike imparted sharp detail that is softened ever so slightly by a brief stint in circulation, and the eye appeal is excellent. Free of any other distractions, and the rims are perfectly preserved. EAC 45+.
