Lot Title:
Sheet of eleven Bust half-dollars, consecutive dates 1826 through 1836.
Description:
Courteous Collection of Early Type. Substantial luster emanates from most of these, and many bidders will see some XF+ to AU potential here, despite minor cleaning seen for a few pieces. These are generally pale grey overall, which suggests they are not fully original, yet none could really be called an eyesore. A few better highlighted grades can be seen in the following list: 1826 O-101, 1827 O-105, 1828 O-109, 1829 O-112, 1830 O-122, 1831 O-115, 1832 O-109, 1833 O-108, 1834 O-116 (XF-45), 1835 O-106 (XF-45), and 1836 O-113 (XF-45). Eleven coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
