Lot Title:

1882 PCGS MS-64.
Description:
New World Estate. A quick-glance gem with extremely bright, frothy luster, this quarter may seem undergraded at both first and second look. Examples of the date most often come prooflike, but this is a specimen with full no-apologies mint frost and shimmering cartwheel effect that has to be about as nice as it gets. Softness within the stars on the left show that it is not quite fully struck, but nobody will argue the formidable eye-appeal offered here. (PCGS# 005514)
