Lot Title:
1873 Closed 3 NGC PF-65 RB.
Description:
7070 Collection. Uniformly crisp definition follows the finest elements of the entire design, with shield lines traced out to exceptional precision. Pleasing and just moderately faded mint color glows from the entire surface, leaving about half of the original red color still visible, again in uniformly attractive fashion. Aside from a couple of small carbon specks, nothing really stands out as an obvious detriment to the grade for this, the more common logotype for the proof-only 1873. (PCGS# 003652)
