Lot Title:
1964-D cent struck on silver dime planchet PCGS MS-62, and an uncertified nickel struck on a cent planchet.
Description:
An outstanding pair of off-planchet strikes, these are sure to get the error lover's pulse racing. PCGS has certified (and graded MS-62) a 1964-D cent struck on a silver dime planchet, and the appearance is all the more enticing to any collector who has dreamed about owning a 1944 steel cent. Accompanying is a never-certified 1980-P nickel struck on a cent planchet. This latter coin grades UNC-something RB and displays extremely well along with the PCGS piece. Two coin lot.
