Description:
|
1800 C-1 has good detail, leather-brown patina with somewhat dry surfaces, and a significant number of lengthy pinscratches through the denomination. 1803 C-1 has pleasing original patina, replete with crumbs of dirt and old grunge. The die-crack on the reverse is fully developed. Finally, 1804 C-12 provides attractive detail and strong deep brown color, but Liberty's portrait is crossed by an array of ancient pinscratches. Three coin lot.
