Watery fields are doused with generous quantities of tangerine and aqua-blue toning, and that goes a long way toward concealing technical considerations that lead to the PF-64 grade. Primarily, some wispy little hairlines can be seen here and there, yet even under a loupe, the eye-appeal is surprisingly positive. Naturally, details are well struck and even offer some light cameo frost on the obverse. (PCGS# 004887)
