Scruffy plastic inhibits viewing of the coin inside, and sometimes, the cynic wonders which is more important... the coin or the plastic. The dark chocolate planchet appears to be of excellent quality, with no evidence of corrosion or environmental problems. CAUSE on the scroll is weak as usual for the type.
