(About The Images)

Lot Title:
1842-D NGC VF-30.
Description:
Powdery bronze tone is delicately layered across each side, providing softly original quality that is heartily welcome on a Dahlonega coin. Abrasions are plentiful, as always seems to be the case of coinage from this southern mint, and the strike is typically bleary. The vintage surfaces are the most desirable aspect of this piece.
