Description: This issue is collected with the Washington series of tokens and medals of the 18th and 19th centuries. The motifs resemble those of the 1783-dated Large Military Bust piece, which was also struck between 1815 and 1820. A wonderful deep mahogany color embraces the smooth hard surfaces of this undamaged specimen.
