Description: The Union National Bank of Elgin, Illinois. Probably not as pure of a white as you would expect for the grade, and the red signatures are over 60 percent faded, but this note is still very near the Uncirculated grade. If not for a very light bend around the top serial number, probably the result of teller handling, this note would have to be considered CU. The paper is crisp, and the ink has been nicely preserved.
