Lot Title:
1860-S NGC AU-58.
Description:
This "Without Motto on the Reverse" date is quite scarce beginning at this ascribed grade level. Uniformly struck on both sides, this is a handsome example of this perennially popular San Francisco date. Although the fields display some delicate hairlines and some trivial marks, it possesses much of its original luster. Its orange-gold surfaces are delicate and quite aesthetic.
