Description: With a mintage of slightly over a half million pieces, this issue is typically found in Very Fine or Extremely Fine condition. Its lustrous, rich, yellow-gold surfaces reflect a delightful cartwheel appearance. Some scattered marks and a hairline scratch on either side of Liberty's neck truncation are noted for accuracy. The strike exhibits good detailing for this rare San Francisco Double Eagle.
