Lot Title:
1908 No Motto. NGC MS-61.
Description:
Accurately graded example that is probably maxed out at the MS-61 level. It is a little soft on the reverse, but the golden glow is appealing, and there are no major imperfections. On second thought, maybe this wouldn't be out of place in an MS-62 holder, but it would be a long shot.

Three or four intermittent linear abrasions swipe up through Liberty's cheek, with the balance of the surfaces exceptionally clean even for the "choice" grade. Pleasing and picture-perfect khaki-gold... |

A lustrous Indian with minimal marks for the grade. If the detail were a bit more defined, the grade would have likely been higher. |
