Description:

The San Bernardino National Bank, California. The paper is crisp and fairly bright for the grade, but it appears to have been pressed. The ink color, however, couldn't be better. The top margin is cut tight, and there are a few splits along the bottom margin, but with just 12 reported from this seldom encountered bank, they are easy to live with.
