The detail remains nearly full on this very conservatively graded Carson City issue. Much of the bright, flashy luster remains, especially on the reverse. There are no major marks, just the scattering of nicks you would see on many AU-58 coins. At first glace it has an AU-58 look, but the flatness above the ear may take it to an AU-55 grade. But AU-50? That grade is definitely too harsh.
