Collector appeal: "B" for the average grade range estimate of Good and up. A few early dates might grade only AG, but these are balanced by some VG examples. 1916-D appears to be slightly better than average for AG, and starting at about 1927, more and more examples will grade VF and better. 1921 and 1921-D fall in around the usual VG/AG, and by and large the dimes comprising the set look like pleasing, vintage grey examples.
