(About The Images)
1934 NGC MS-66 CAC (Eric P. Newman Collection). 1934 NGC MS-66 CAC (Eric P. Newman Collection).
Lot Title: 1934 NGC MS-66 CAC (Eric P. Newman Collection).
Description: Berry Tree Collection. 1934 does not come to mind as a key to the Walking Liberty half-dollar series, but it represents the inaugural issue for a popular version of the "short set" and often commands a premium, especially at MS-66. Mulberry-grey patina encroaches upon the lower reaches of the obverse and the upper third of the reverse for this Eric Newman example. The balance of each side displays moderate pewter-tan patina. (PCGS# 006592)
Low Estimate: $550.00

1934 NGC MS-65.
The inaugural entry into a popular version of the "short set", 1934 proves to be one of the more elusive dates at MS-65. A beautiful satin-white example, the details include strong central definition...

1934 PCGS MS-65 CAC.
Luster on the reverse is very faintly inhibited by trivial haze, but in no way does this discourage a gem assessment for this rather attractively toned Walking Liberty half-dollar. Streaks of...
