Description:

Without the aid of a loupe, quality has every bit of the visual impact of MS-64 or better, which would qualify this as a really nice type coin, replete with mossy grey and slate-green coloration on the obverse and lovely aqua-blue on the reverse. NGC's "obverse improperly cleaned" disclaimer seems almost paranoid given that the offense amounts to a few circular hairlines on Liberty's portrait - invisible without magnification and certainly meaningless to the overall aesthetics.
