Few things can beat vintage, original gold eagles, and in that department, this 1852 does not disappoint at all, showing fantastic greyish-gold patina over refreshingly lustrous surfaces. A single sizable contact mark rests in the obverse right field and provides the only distraction, as all the other tiny contact points fall well in line with a lightly circulated gold coin. (PCGS# 008608)
