Lot Title:
1920 PCGS MS-65.
Description:
Captain Green Collection. 83 graded MS-65, 25 higher at PCGS. Virtually full, blazing luster emanates from well-preserved fields that display zero major abrasions, and perhaps a couple of minor contact points. Fragile magenta-leaden toning splashes wide-open spaces and even visits the reverse, accenting the excellent eye-appeal. Philadelphia coins like this are often available with superior details, and that reputation remains intact here due to strong hand detail, and beautifully sculpted feathers down the eagle's trailing leg.
