Eggshell-white devices display very strong, frosty texture that begs consideration for an "ultra" designation, but the mirrors are thinly hairlined and perhaps not quite reflective enough to warrant upgrade. Incredibly well struck, with a small V-shaped strikethrough noticeable on Liberty's cheek. (PCGS# 084756)
