Lot Title:
1905, 1907, and 1908, all NGC PF-64.
Description:
French Connection Estate. The proof nickels look exactly as they did when pulled out of the collection for submission to NGC, with inimitable and fully original graphite-silver patina layered evenly and gently over the entirety of all three coins. 1905 and 1908 show great consistency, with faint linear highlights on their reverses, while 1907 distinctly shows stronger contrast between the base patina and some olive-gold streaks. Fantastic three coin lot.

A flashy nickel with a bit of golden toning on both the obverse and reverse. The fields are highly reflective and super clean. The devices are razor sharp and frosty. |
