(About The Images)

Lot Title:
1905 NGC PF-65.
Description:
Toning takes on a split personality, as the obverse is draped in luscious, fragrant apricot-gold color, while the reverse is dominated by a steely gunmetal blue cast. Definition is absolutely extraordinary, even for a proof striking, though cameo effect is minimal. A tiny spot appears near the exact center of Liberty's cheek. (PCGS# 003903)

A flashy nickel with a bit of golden toning on both the obverse and reverse. The fields are highly reflective and super clean. The devices are razor sharp and frosty. |
