Lot Title:
1869 NGC PF-65 RB.
Description:
French Connection Estate. The obverse could garner some accolades for a fully RD designation, though the reverse fields show evidence of toned accents. The knot at bottom of the reverse also bears a crumble of carbon, while the rest of the coin is mostly free from any such detriments. Both sides are nicely struck by the standards of the day, end even feature fragile matte texture on the devices. (PCGS# 003640)
