(About The Images)
1810 10 over 9. F-15. 1810 10 over 9. F-15.
Lot Title: 1810 10 over 9. F-15.
Description: This is a very nice example of a very tough variety. The overdate is strong and clear with the second one surrounded by the remnants of a zero. The planchet quality on this coin exceeds nice and leans toward superior quality. The strike is strong, and the marks and abrasions are nearly not existent. This is a very difficult type to find in this state of preservation, and a strong bid is advised.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.

1810 10 over 9. NGC AU-53 BN.
Probably die-state III, with clash marks within the wreath. The overdate feature is sharp as usual, and S-281 is popular even with collectors who don't specialize in early copper, but simply enjoy...

1810 (S-281, R.1) 10 over 9. VF.
The reverse is the nicer side, with good color and just minor, even roughness in the fields. Obverse fields are a little more influenced by environmental effects, and some noisy abrasions can be seen...
227The Collectors' Auction 2007 on 10/19/2007$900.00
1810/9. S-281 XF.
All Large Cents should look this good. The rim has a few marks on the reverse, but the obverse rim is free of any distracting marks. The color is brown with a few mottled area's around a couple of...
