Description:

A nice pairing of Seated Liberty half-dimes, both of these choice pieces exhibit some toning, with lavender-grey draped across the 1851, and deeper raven-purple competing with jade-blue accents on the 1861. Very strong details for the 1851 stand up well to inspection, and nearly challenge the exceptional sharpness of its proof companion. Two coin lot.
