Lot Title:
1925 Norse silver, thin planchet NGC MS-65.
Description:
Mottled and intriguing, the toning pattern places a mixture of aqua-blue, iron-grey and chartreuse patina across the obverse in unregulated fashion, while the reverse inserts a stormy rust-brown accent against the upper-right third. It's the type of coloration that may seem standoffish at first, but grows on you quickly, especially because of the maritime quality of the colors. There is no shortage at all of luster supporting the well struck details. (PCGS# 009451)
