Lot Title:
Collection of 28 half-cents in a Whitman Classic 9109 album.
Description:
1806 and 1807 have immediate appeal of being much better grade pieces, with other early dates actually surprisingly decent for a basic set of half-cents. 1793 is even represented, and the 1794 has an attractive VG obverse. 1802 is actually a very decent Good! This collection has serious speculator's potential, and is assured of seeing competitive bids from all over the auction floor. Twenty-eight coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
