(About The Images)
1920 Maine MS-60/cleaned, 1921 Missouri 2x4 AU, and 1936 Long Island MS-60. 1920 Maine MS-60/cleaned, 1921 Missouri 2x4 AU, and 1936 Long Island MS-60.
Lot Title: 1920 Maine MS-60/cleaned, 1921 Missouri 2x4 AU, and 1936 Long Island MS-60.
Description: Only light hairlines crisscross back and forth beneath some nice patina, but there are just too many of them to justify a problem-free grade, hence the MS-60/cleaned assessment. The Missouri is actually very close to UNC, and probably grades AU-55 or better. Finally, the Long Island would be a pretty nice half if not for a toning streak in the date exergue. Corrosion in this same area also appears visible. Three coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.

Low Estimate: $600.00

1920 Maine. NGC MS-65.
Lustrous surfaces that reflect a soft reddish pink hue. A scattering of darker natural tones are also observed. The reverse wreath detail is strong, and the marks are few and far between.

1920 Maine. NGC MS-64.
Two words come to mind when looking at this coin: "Holy Cow, this is one awesome coin!" Okay, okay, I know. That was seven words, but I don't care. The coin is an absolute bombshell. The obverse...
