Lot Title:
1915-D NGC AU-55 and 1934-D NGC MS-64.
Description:
Attractive pearl-grey surfaces provide an ideal backdrop for the primary devices of the 1915-D. Minor wear has hardly affected the details, and a lot of luster peeks through the patina. The 1934-D is an electrifying type coin, as it exhibits vivid iridescent apricot-gold color at the rims, which then transforms into graduated shades of sunset-gold and lime-green before encountering the primary devices, which are themselves toned in violet-blue and cobalt. Two coin lot.
