(About The Images)
1854 NGC MS-64. 1854 NGC MS-64.
Lot Title: 1854 NGC MS-64.
Description: Frenetic aluminum-white luster races around this tiny coin with aplomb, energizing the brilliant eye-appeal. Such a spotless presentation favors easy appreciation of nearly insanely clashed dies, with the design motifs of both sides appearing on... well... both sides. While dies for either nickel or silver three-cents frequently suffered from clashing, the effects are not usually this dramatic. It's one of those coins that you can't help looking at over and over again, as if you can't believe what you just saw. (PCGS# 003670)
