(About The Images)
1926 PCGS MS-65FH. 1926 PCGS MS-65FH.
Lot Title: 1926 PCGS MS-65FH.
Description: Blazing with luster and accented with light, streaky tobacco tone, each side exhibits original appeal. There is no question as to sharpness in the head area, but the shield displays the usual weakness on two rivets. PCGS decided to include an extra stubble of hair, and it clings to the eagle's forward wing. Nair Hair Removal kits will now be a standard part of every grader's compensation package.

476The Collectors' Auction - 2014 on 10/17/2014$390.00
1926 NGC MS-65.
JRC Set. Fabulous surfaces practically scream out "original" and concede nothing in the luster department. Blazing cartwheels zoom around the central devices and practically bounce off the walls,...
558The Midwest Summer Sale 2012 on 07/27/2012$1,450.00
1926, 1928-D, and 1929-S, all NGC MS-66.
Stunning quality emphasizes the MS-66 grade applied by NGC to this trio of Standing Liberty quarters, and careful perusal shows that the coins have all the characteristics commensurate with lofty...
661The Midwest Summer Sale 2011 on 07/29/2011$310.00
1926 ANACS MS-63 FH.
Astonishing sharpness includes obvious full head details, as well as razor sharp definition of all the rivets on the shield. However, the inner shield is a little mushy. Technically, the ANACS grade...
396The Midwest Winter Sale on 02/12/2010$230.00
1926 Standing Liberty quarter MS-63 and a 1934 Mercury dime MS-63.
Because of booming luster, the MS-63 grade will seem conservative at first glance for both of these modern issues, but the 1934 dime displays a hairline right of the neck, and a handful of smallish...
345The Collectors' Auction 2009 on 10/16/2009$355.00
1926 NGC MS-65.
Though not deserving of a full head designation, the strike is actually rather sharp, and the luster dazzling. Each side is awash in light grape-gold tone.
535The Midwest Summer Sale 2007 on 07/27/2007$775.00
1926 PCGS MS-66.
A vibrant luster emanates from this specimen's flashy surfaces. Although its not ascribed as a Full Head example, it is at least 90% Full, and all the rivets on Liberty's shield are discerned. A few...
1313The Midwest Summer Sale 2006 on 07/21/2006$400.00
1926 NGC MS-65.
The glistening, lustrous surfaces display an enhancing iridescent blush with a light scattering of crimson flecks. Impressively struck on the central design elements, it exhibits almost full rivet...
