Lot Title:
Nine Walking Liberty half-dollars.
Description:
Beautiful, lustrous examples of the popular Walking Liberty half-dollar should make this an attractive lot to potential bidders. Dates includes: 1934 (MS-63), 1934-D (AU-58/reverse PVC residue), 1934-S (AU-58), 1936-D (MS-60/PVC residue), 1938-D (MS-63), 1942 (MS-63), 1943 (MS-64), 1944 (MS-63), and 1947 (MS-64/PVC residue). While PVC residue is called out on some of these, a prudent approach would be to assume that all should have their surfaces properly neutralized through professional conservation. Nine coin lot.
This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
