Intriguing designation of "weak C" naturally leads the observer to immediately flip the coin over and look for the mintmark, and as a matter of fact, the mint mark IS somewhat weak, though it can be seen even without a glass. Winter 22-I is the instant attribution of the die-marriage, which always has a weak mintmark since the "C" was not properly punched into the working die. Moderately abraded.
