Description:
|
Mostly white, lustrous coins fulfill this Dansco collection of Washington quarters, though some have begun to develop rim tone. 1965, 1968-D, 1969-S, 1970-D, 1970-S, 1971 1985-S and 1988-S, and 1989-S are all spectacularly toned, and add considerable value to the set. Key issues are cataloged as follows: 1932-D (AU-53), 1932-S (MS-60), 1934-D (MS-61), 1935-D (MS-63), 1936-D (AU-58), 1937-D (MS-65), 1937-S (MS-63), 1938 (MS-63), 1938-S (MS-64), 1939-S (MS-63), and 1940-D ((MS-64). Interestingly, 1936-D and 1946-S each have an unexpectedly semi-prooflike obverse.
