(About The Images)
1862 PCGS PF-65. 1862 PCGS PF-65.
Lot Title: 1862 PCGS PF-65.
Description: Immensely attractive surfaces are enlivened by subtle sea-green patina that capitulates to apricot-bronze accents in only a few areas of the obverse and about a third of the reverse area. The remarkable color provides something of the appearance of a steel cent. Design elements are very sharply struck as anticipated, and in spite of the manner by which the lovely patina inhibits field reflectivity, the frosted devices provide definite contrast with the fields.
Low Estimate: $1,350.00
High Estimate: $1,550.00
