Charter# 8696. The Oil Belt National Bank of Oblong, Illinois. This note would easily grade VF if not for the staining and slight peeling around the seal on the front. You'll likely be able to live with it the way it is though because of the great title and the fact only six large are reported. There is still much crispiness left, and the layout is pretty darn good, too.
