Consistently thick, vintage mahogany-brown patina imbues this Kentucky token with little contrast between fields and devices, but all present lettering is easily readable. Circulation has worn "OUR CAUSE" away from the obverse center, but this is no surprise, considering the grade (NGC XF-40).
