It seems almost unfathomable that this coin wouldn't be in a "mint state" holder if removed from its PCGS "rattler" holder and resubmitted for grading, but evidently, some luster grazes and hairlines in the left and right obverse fields were considered cause for only an AU-58 grade. The reverse is certainly mint state.
