National Bank of Commerce of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Hand signed on the back by cashier Harrey Hogg in blue ink. The bottom margin is cut tight, and a small portion of the note above this note on the original sheet can be seen above the top margin. Great Type 2 with embossing.
