The National Bank of Kentucky of Louisville, Kentucky. Broad margins on all sides, excellent signatures, crisp, and showing nice ink color. It has never been pressed, and only a center vertical bend (not crease) might prevent some from grading it CU. Great choice for your Date Back type.
