Description:

The Spirit Lake National Bank Spirit Lake, Iowa. There is only one note reported on this bank that grades higher, at CU, and a staple track to the left (observed) of McKinley appears to be the sole reason this notes doesn't achieve that same grade. The signatures, which are stamped purple, are about 90 per-cent full, and the ink remains unfaded. The top margin is tighter than the bottom, but both are relatively straight and do not intrude into the design.
