Description:

The Merchants National Bank of Fort Smith, Arkansas. Just one other Red Seal example is reported on this bank, a serial #1 $10. This pleasing example is a low-end VF, but one that is original and showing nice color. There are no pinholes or tears, and the signatures are commendable, though the cashier's signature is off-centered so that only the top portion is visible.
