(About The Images)
1908 NNC MS-66. 1908 NNC MS-66.
Lot Title: 1908 NNC MS-66.
Description: This attractive quarter dollar is housed in an NNC holder, and a more accurate grade would be MS-64. The coin is as nice looking as you would expect from a coin graded MS-64. The surfaces are bright white and brimming with luster. A few scattered light tics account for our grade.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.

Low Estimate: $350.00
High Estimate: $450.00
Lot Status: Bidding has been closed for this lot.
Hammered Price: $360.00

1908 NGC PF-67.

541The Collectors' Auction 2012 on 10/05/2012$3,200.00
1908 NGC PF-67 Star.
Hands down, this is a star candidate every time at NGC, as the obverse displays wonderful, eye-catching rainbow tone draped through both of the wide open fields. Indeed, the star may be performing...
859The Collectors' Auction 2011 on 10/21/2011$800.00
1908 PCGS PF-64.
Certainly densely toned at some point, the surfaces now show evidence of being strongly dipped, and that is reflected by the PF-64 grade. While struck with exquisite sharpness, the devices are...

1908 PCGS MS-66.

1908 PCGS PF-63 Cameo.
All the characteristics of a "gem" are there at arm's length, including a pristine liquid-silver appearance that is enhanced by nearly dramatic cameo contrast, and naturally, the strike is as sharp as...
452The Collectors' Auction 2008 on 10/17/2008$425.00
1908 PCGS MS-64.
Although Liberty's cheek is unquestionably affected by slide marks, a tenuous layer of tasteful, vanilla-tan veneer has settled across each side, diminishing the potential visual impact of any such...
494The Midwest Winter Sale 2007 on 02/09/2007$110.00
1908 NGC AU-58.
Only a small bit of rub is keeping this coin from being an MS-60. It has strong detail and no distractions.
