Lot Title:
1937 Arkansas P, D, and S Set. PCGS.
Description:
This is a challenging set to assemble in high Mint State grade levels. All have relatively small mintages. They all have a pleasing velvetlike surface quality. The D-mint example, which grades MS-65, is virtually untoned. The S-mint piece, graded MS-64, has a golden rose blush, and the P-mint, certified MS-65, has an exquisite mauvelike reverse. Each piece has minute ticks on the American girl's face, and each is admirably struck.
