Description:

The Neoga National Bank Neoga, Illinois. With just five large reported on the bank, and with this note being the only Red Seal reported, it is probably fairly safe to comment that this is a rare note. The signatures are nearly ageless, and the red seal remains vibrant. There is a small internal split just above the Treasury signature, and there is a quarter inch margin split just under the cashier's signature, but most would consider these to be minor imperfections on such a scarcity. Nice layout.
