Description: Fr-833b. A flat out gorgeous example of a difficult red seal type. In fact, this note is Gem in just about all aspects. Two very light, almost insignificant toning flex to the left of the portrait prevent that elusive grade for this type. Ideal ink presence and trace embossing.
